Recover Spring 2011
Recover Spring! I'm on the mend from bunion and toe surgery--no weight on that foot for three more weeks. It's been a challenge, but I've had John's wonderful help every "step" of the way.
Yves came through town and gave his healing touch and visualizations; several friends have visited; I've done the research for taxes, am reading "The Seige of Krishnapur" by James Farrell, and the pets are doing well.
Am looking forward to returning to my studio work (an ongoing series of encaustic 'scrim-moiré' paintings) at BallardWorks, to Nahcotta, and to walking Cody in Ballard and at the ocean.
