We had a great time these last two days. Keylaira and Yves came to the peninsula from CA on their way home to BC. Yves is a great cook and taught me lots about how to forage here in my yard and how to cook with what I find. We ate fresh tuna and salmon and enjoyed the ambiance of the place. For me, Yves's chakra balancing and sound healing were part of the mix.
Just said "Farewell." The ocean, garden, healthy eating, kindred spirits. From my yard: salalberry pie, dandelion smoothie, bamboo leaf tea & rosemary in the salmon's sauce. Wow.
